Refund

Part of our commitment to a hassle-free shopping experience, we have a dedicated customer service team. If for any reason you decide to return your  purchase, you have 48 hours from time of the purchase to take advantage of our return policy.

Same-day weed delivery

If for any reason you decide to return your online purchase, please contact our customer service team at (416) 272-3996 to process your return. A driver will be sent to your location to pick up the products. Full refund will be issued in credit once driver has the return. Delivery fee is not available for refund.

In the events that the product is opened by the customer, the product has to go back to our warehouse and be weighed out before we proceed with your return. Customers will recieve a full refund in credit if 80% of the original product is returned. Delivery fee is not available for refund.

At KAMIKAZI™ our mission is your satisfaction. If you are not sure about the quality of our products or if our product simply doesn’t meet your standards, we would be happy to exchange or refund your order within 48 hours of purchase. Our dedicated customer service team are available every day from 10am to 12am. Orders can be canceled any time before delivery. You like to add or remove an item? Just cancel your order and place a new one! You can still exchange an item if you have recieved it already. Contact us at (416) 272-3996 to process your exchange. A driver will be sent to your location to exchange your item.
