Inventory can change while an order is being processed. If an item becomes unavailable, the team should contact you about an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund according to the current order policy. A substitution should not be made without your approval.

Contact customer support as soon as possible and include your order number. A change or cancellation may be possible before the order has been prepared or dispatched. Completed and delivered orders are subject to the published cancellation and return policy.
