How long does it take to get my order from Kamikazi?
For same-day deliveries, KAMIKAZI™ delivers your package within 2 hours of order confirmation. KAMIKAZI™ has 2 drivers assigned to each city to insure a speedy delivery. Our automated system will send you a text message 10 mins before drivers arrival, reminding you about your order. You will recieve a second text message once the driver is at your location. If for any reason your order is delayed, our customer support team will contact you to update you on your order.
For mail order deliveries, KAMIKAZI™ will ship your package on the same day if your order is placed before 12:00pm. Keep in mind that Mailing services are closed during weekends and Hollidays. Once the order is shipped, you will recieve an email including the tracking number for your shipment. You can use the link included in the email to get an update on your package anytime. It usually takes 2-3 business days for XpressPost to deliver your package.
Canada Post is a third party company we use for our shipments. Once your order is shipped Kamikazi is not responsible for your package’s arrival. If there are any issues with your shipment, you can contact Canada Post customer support to get an update.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Pick up is available in North York region. Simply place your order and text (416) 272-3996 to learn where to meet our bud-tender.
What are the delivery fees?
For same-day delivery service, delivery fee is $10 for orders under $100. Free delivery is available for orders over $100. ( The total price has to be $100 before email-transfer fees. )
For mail order marijuana service, shipping fee is a flat rate of $20 canada wide. Spend $150 to enjoy free shipping on your order. ( The total price has to be $100 before email-transfer fees. ) please note, Xpresspost shipping takes 2-3 business days and depending on Canada Post, may be longer.

Do you ship anywhere outside of canada?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canada. At this time KAMIKAZI™ is only shipping in Canada.
My Canada Post tracking info has not updated recently.
Canada Post’s tracking numbers are usually accurate and are up to date. In some instances tracking delay may be possible. Generally packages arrive within 3 business days, however if your package does not arrive please contact Canada Post customer service to get an update.
My package is going to the wrong destination.
If your package is heading to the incorrect location, it is very possible the package was placed on the incorrect truck. If this happens, the package should re-route to you with delays.
Although this is very rare, it can be possible the package gets sent back to us. If the package is returned, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
My tracking number does not work.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you before it has been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. So please wait 24 hours and the tracking should be correct. If it does not, please email us and we will look into it.

How can I pay?
How do I send an Interac e-Transfer?
Create your online banking account and set up Interac e-Transfer. ( Contact your bank if you need help setting up your account.)
Interac e-transfer can take up to 30 minutes to be recieved depending on whom you bank with. To confirm that we recieved your payment check your email and look for e-Transfer recieved email. You can also check the status of your e-Transfer on your online banking account, chose history under Interac e-Transfer.

Are there any extra fees on my order?
We have to charge 15% on all Interac e-transfer and Bitcoin transactions. Cash payments have no fees.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund after paying?
We offer store credit for the full amount if the order is canceled before being shipped. Simply cancel your order and send a text message to (416) 272-3996 to start your refund process.
in the events that you changed your mind about your order, you can cancel your order and place another one online before your order is shipped.
I sent an e-Transfer but it hasn't been accepted. What's next?
We have auto-deposit activated so your payment will be deposited directly into our bank. If your financial institution makes you choose a password, please text us at (416) 272-3996 to get instructions on what password you can use.
What happens to my order if I dont submit payment?
We will keep your order on hold for 2 days before canceling it. If you like more time to send your payment, please inform us so we keep your order on hold.

I just ordered but now the product I purchased is on sale. Can I get a refund with the difference?
If your order isn’t delivered yet, you are more than welcome to cancel the current order and place a new one. However, just like the retail world, unannounced sales happen all the time. We won’t be able to issue any credits for the difference if you already have recieved the item.
